TC Market rules

TC Market connects Tibia players. The website does not process payments or automatically transfer money or coins. Ordinary trades are arranged directly between members. Offers marked Site are handled by TC Market admins as the trading counterparty.

1. Check the member's history and agree the amount, price, payment method and handover before proceeding. A completed deal is a confirmation recorded by the parties or a middleman; the website does not independently verify the transfer.
2. You can request an admin middleman. The admin joins the same chat and manually receives and releases the agreed money or coins. Agree the commission and who pays it in that chat before sending anything. Use the Admin badge in the website chat to identify the admin.
3. Admins can read any chat on the site to handle support, middleman deals and reports.
4. Scams, threats, impersonation and posting other people's private details can lead to a ban. Verified means an admin knows and trusts that member; it does not guarantee every future trade.
5. Do not write character names in account listings. Admins hide listings that include one.
6. Ratings must describe real completed deals. Fake or abusive ratings can be removed and can lead to a ban.
7. For help, use Contact an admin or the TC Market Discord. Link Discord and join the server to enable direct-message notifications; Discord privacy settings may still prevent delivery.
8. We store account details, listings, chats, deal confirmations and ratings to operate the marketplace. Public profiles do not show email addresses or Discord IDs. Admins can access account details and chats. Supabase and Discord support site operation and notification delivery.
